1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the inato.ph website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the inato.ph Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

inato.ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The inato.ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. inato.ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The inato.ph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. inato.ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of inato.ph, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Not register using a false identity, alias, or any information that misrepresents your identity.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

inato.ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your inato.ph account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential.
• Notify inato.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.

inato.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You may be held liable for losses incurred by inato.ph or other users due to unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

inato.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your inato.ph account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• inato.ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• inato.ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

inato.ph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. inato.ph reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where money laundering or fraud is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on inato.ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

inato.ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is detected, inato.ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the inato.ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

All games on inato.ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. inato.ph does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results in favor of or against any individual player.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the inato.ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing inato.ph staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.

8 Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, and inato.ph will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account. Self-exclusion periods range from one month to permanent exclusion.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the inato.ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of inato.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of inato.ph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, inato.ph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

inato.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your inato.ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

inato.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

inato.ph complies with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

12 Amendments

inato.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, inato.ph will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered users via email or a prominent on-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
